Terms & ConditionsHome Services Membership
Service calls
- Standard service calls are a 3 hour minimum
- Additional costs applicable when service calls exceed 3hrs
- Materials for repairs to be charged in addition to service calls
- Priority scheduling is considered to be the soonest availability of a technician, durations may vary.
- Only one service address is available per membership. Service calls and discounts are not transferable to other addresses/properties.
- Minimum 3 month enrollment require before term service call is available (when applicable).
- Service calls required before this date will be prorated, with costs applied to membership plan.
Preferred Membership

Memberships are limited to one service address.

Discounts apply to renovations, additions, and accessory building construction.

New home construction and commercial buildings are excluded from membership discounts.

To a maximum job value of $50,000.00

Jobs exceeding $50,000.00 will receive a flat rate discount of $2500.00
General Conditions

Membership terms are 1 calendar year from date of enrollment

Any missed payments will result in services being rendered immediately

Late payments will result in a service fee of $9.99 plus applicable taxes

Delinquent payments that exceed 30 days will be sent to collections.
Conduct:
Any misconduct (belligerence, harassment, threatening conduct, etc) imposed upon any staff, or 3rd party contractors, employed under MHM General Contracting will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
General
MHM General contracting reserves the right to cancel memberships if members are in violation of any terms and conditions.
Refund
Membership fees are non refundable
MHM General Contracting reserves the right to amend membership terms and conditions as needed. Please refer to site for applicable terms and conditions or call to inquire.
